You will receive your order via DHL Express.

Yes, through Correos, but they are not activated on the website. Write us at

SHIPPING:
WHEN WILL I RECIVE MY ORDER?
We process all orders within 24-48 hours from receipt and we ship from Monday to Thursday. Orders received on a Friday, weekend or holiday will be processed the first following business day.
WHAT IS THE AMOUNT OF SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipments to all mainland Spain are made with Seur 24h and are free from 50 euros of purchase. To the Balearic Islands and Portugal its cost on the order is 6 euros (they are applied automatically during the purchase process). Shipments to the rest of Europe and the world are made with DHL Express and their cost ranges between 18 and 25 euros (they are applied automatically during the purchase process).
WHERE CAN I SEE THE TRACKING NUMBER?
You will receive an email or SMS from the transport company (SEUR or DHL), with the tracking number of your order. You can also send us an email to
info@fionabow.com and once we have delivered your order to the transport company we will provide it to you.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY PERSONALIZED BARRETTE?
The best way to clean your custom barrette is with a microfiber cloth. Being a delicate accessory, you should avoid rubbing hard on the letters or applying too much pressure.
CAN I IRON MY VELVET BOW?
Of course. If the lower parts of the bow are wrinkled or shaped in any way, you can iron them on a low temperature. Remember to place a fine cotton cloth between the iron and the velvet.

If you are looking for an article that is on the web and it no longer appears, you can write to us at
info@fionabow.com and we will inform you. If, on the other hand, the item does appear but is out of stock, you can leave an email in the corresponding box on the product sheet and you will receive an email when we replace it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE?

IT DOESN’T LET ME PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD, WHAT HAPPENS?
In the event that it does not let you finish the payment, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
– That your card is expired.
– That you have reached the limit of the card.
– That some data you have entered is incorrect.
– That the card does not have secure commerce activated.

SHIPPING & RETURNS:
HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
You can request changes or returns of the accessories, in perfect condition and unused, within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. Write to us at
info@fionabow.com and as soon as we receive your request we will tell you how to proceed for the exchange or return.
DOES THE RETURN HAVE ANY COST?
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are paid by the customer. We recommend that you send it by courier or certified mail. We are not responsible if the shipment is lost before reaching our facilities.
CAN PERSONALIZED ACCESSORIES BE RETURNED?
No, custom accessories are not returnable.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE EFFECTIVE?
After approving the return, and verifying that the accessory has not been used and is in perfect condition and with its original packaging, the amount corresponding to the returned accessory will be reimbursed (shipping costs are not refundable). You will receive the refund in the same payment method you used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 working days from the time we receive your package (the term will depend on your bank).
