We ship to Spain and the Balearic Islands with SEUR and shipping takes up to 5 days (please note that we don´t ship to the Canary Islands).
We also ship to the European Union and mostly the rest of the world with DHL Express. Shipping takes up to 7 days.
If you are interested in our accessories and are based in a country not mentioned above, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a shipping estimate.
15 DAY RETURNS
Excluding personalised items that cannot be returned, you may request a return and refund of your product within the following 15 days of receiving your package. We endeavor to process refunds for the cost of the product (not including shipping costs), as soon as they are received. However, please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notifying of the status of your refund once it has been processed.
The products must be received in the same conditions in which they were delivered to you: unworn, unwashed and without any alterations. Tags should still be attached and the accessories should also be in perfect condition.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

Once we receive the email and confirm the return, you may prepare your package and send it back to us to the following address:

Please put the items in their original packaging and seal the package properly so it can be safely transported.
