SHIPPING

We ship to Spain and the Balearic Islands with SEUR and shipping takes up to 7 days (please note that we don´t ship to the Canary Islands).
We also ship to Switzerland, Monaco, Andorra and the European Union with DHL and shipping takes 7 to 10 days.
Shipping to USA and Canada with DHL takes 10 to 15 days.
If your are interested in our accessories and you are based in a country not mentioned above, please send us an email to info@fionabow.com and we will send you a shipping quotation.

RETURNS . 15 DAYS

Except the personalised items that can´t be returned, upon the reception of your package you may request the return and refund of your product within the following 15 days. We endeavour to process refunds of the cost of the product (not shipping costs), as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once processed.
The products must be received in the same conditions they were delivered to you: unworn, unwashed and without any alterations at all. Tags and accessories should be in perfect conditions too.

To return an item, you should send an email to info@fionabow.com.
Once we receive the email and confirm the return, you may prepare your package and send back to us to Fiona Bow, calle Berga 10 bajo, local, 08012 Barcelona (Spain). Please place the items in its original packaging and seal it properly so it can be safely transported.
