Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands) and Portugal:<\/span><\/p>\n

Shipments to all mainland Spain are free with Seur 24h from 50 euros of purchase. To the Balearic Islands and Portugal they are also made with Seur 24h and their cost on the order is 6 euros (they are applied automatically during the purchase process). We process all orders within 24-48 hours from receipt and we ship from Monday to Thursday. Orders received on a Friday, weekend or holiday will be processed the first following business day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Canary Islands:<\/span><\/p>\n

We ship to the Canary Islands through Correos but they are not activated on the website. If you are interested in placing an order with shipping to the Canary Islands, write to us at info@fionabow.com and we will quickly process your order.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Europe and rest of the world:<\/span><\/p>\n

Shipments to the rest of Europe and the world are made with DHL Express and their cost ranges between 18 and 25 euros (they are applied automatically during the purchase process). If the country to which you wish to ship is not activated on the web, you can contact us by sending an email to info@fionabow.com<\/a>, and we will estimate the cost of shipping wherever you want.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

RETURNS & EXCHANGES<\/h3>\n
Except for personalized accessories that are not subject to return, you can request changes or returns of accessories, in perfect condition and unused, within 15 calendar days from the date you received your order. To formalize the exchange or return you must write us an email, as soon as possible, at info@fionabow.com<\/a> and as soon as we receive your request we will tell you how to proceed for the exchange or return.<\/div>\n
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the customer. We recommend that you send it by courier or certified mail. We are not responsible if the shipment is lost before reaching our facilities. After approving the return, and verifying that the accessory has not been used and is in perfect condition with its original packaging, the amount corresponding to the returned accessory will be reimbursed (shipping costs are not refundable). You will receive the refund in the same payment method you used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 working days from the time we receive your package (the term will depend on your bank).<\/div>\n
